Great alternative for picky eaters!

If you haven't noticed, I am a REALLY picky eater!  Not just picky, really really picky!!  I basically don't eat any cooked vegetables and the only fruit I eat is apples. And I don't like them cooked either.  I do eat some raw vegetables but not many.  Actually, I can probably count them on one hand.  😁😆 

So I have to find ways to get the nutrients from fruits and vegetables into my system without eating them.  In the past I have taken lots of vitamins and supplements.  And I do still take quite a few.  But I still felt like I was missing something.  

So I started drinking my fruits and vegetables.  I know juicing is probably the best but buying all the things and then buying a good juicer seemed like more than I wanted to do.  So I looked for a supplement and found Garden Of Live.  They are a great company and have so many really great products.  I use a lot of their vitamins and have been using their Perfect Food Berry Super Green Fruit & Veggie Formula for my "green shake".  I try to drink one a day and I wish I could tell you it tastes great.  It does not.  😆 But I wash it down with my chocolate protein shake so it's not too bad. 

I also take extra Vit D and B in a spray from Garden of Life and they are flavored so I add them to my green shake and it helps the taste a little.  

I definitely can tell the difference on days I don't drink my shakes.  My energy isn't as good and I have more sugar cravings.
